I spent Saturday afternoon walking around West Chester with Lindsay and Pat to shoot their engagement session. We stopped about halfway through and grabbed a few drinks at the Sidebar...where they witnessed first hand my uncanny ability to always pick the one beer on the menu that is sold out...it never fails...in fact it almost happened twice while we were there. Anyway, we sat and got to know each other a bit. We discussed Queen songs, wedding planning, rental car policies, honeymoon plans, foot phobias, beer brewing, our jobs and of course how they met...almost 10 years ago on WCU's campus.

It's a wonderful thing when you can meet a couple for the first time, shove a camera in their face, pose them in slightly awkward situations, trudge them through tall grass and fields and then sit down to have a natural conversation over drinks as if you have been friends for years. Thanks so much to you both for coming out...I had a blast on this session and I think the photos turned out great. Hopefully we will be able to work together again in the future.
