James and Stacy ~ Okehocking Preserve

Through a twisted web of clients and referrals I met James and Stacy (they were guests Matt and Jaime's wedding last November...who were guests at Christina and Mike's wedding last August)...it's really funny how interconnected we all are...and is complete proof of the power of a referral.

So anyway...A few weeks ago Shauna and I met up with James and Stacy at a super cool preserve/dog park outside of West Chester on Route 3 called Okehocking Preserve.  They wanted to do a session with a few shots including their two pups...which both have such interesting personalities.  So we all went for a walk through the preserve, a few of us stopped for a dip in the stream and I snapped some shots along the way.  Shauna and I had a total blast and got to check out a cool new place.  You guys (and the dogs) were so much fun and were completely natural in front of the camera...which definitely makes our job that much easier.  We're really looking forward to documenting your big day in August.  Hope you are happy with these shots

For those who care...this whole session fits right in with my recent obsession with analog photography and was also shot 100% on film using a Canon 1v.  The color shots are all on Fuji Pro 400H and the black and white is Ilford HP5 400...everything processed and scanned through the amazing Richard Photo Lab in LA.

Enjoy!
